Up2eleven is a talent management and people development consultancy, based in Yorkshire, and set up by Liz Howard in 2020.

Liz has spent over 20 years, working across a range of organisations and sectors, implementing people strategies that drive talent retention and help to build high performance cultures.  She has held a number of Leadership positions in large commercial organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, VW, Bentley Motors, Astra Zeneca & has also worked with smaller SMEs & Public Sector clients. Liz holds a Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Organisational Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring & is a CIPD qualified Learning & Development Practitioner. In addition, Liz is BPS Accredited to use a wide range of Psychometric profiling tools.

Combining leadership experience, with coaching & psychology expertise, enables Liz  to create blended, unique & practical solutions to help a wide range of clients.
